Welcome to Ziptrip Tour and Travels. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

  1. Services Offered

Ziptrip Tour and Travels provides:

  • Domestic and international air ticketing
  • Tour packages to global destinations
  • Visa consultation and processing assistance
  1. Booking and Payment Policy
  • Air Tickets:
    • 100% payment is required at the time of ticket booking.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days if the ticket is refundable.
    • Some budget or low-cost carriers offer non-refundable tickets. These are clearly stated during booking and are 100% non-refundable once issued.
  • Tour Packages:
    • 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
    • Remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the travel start date, at the time of document handover.
    • If a customer fails to travel for any reason, the tour package is considered 100% non-refundable.
  • Visa Processing:
    • 100% of the visa service and processing fee is to be paid in advance.
    • Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or withdrawal.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Refund eligibility and timing are subject to the policy of the airline or service provider involved.
  • Ziptrip is not liable for any losses arising from flight cancellations, delays, or visa rejections.
  1. Responsibilities of the Traveler
  • Ensure the accuracy of personal and travel details provided during booking.
  • Comply with all visa and entry regulations of destination countries.
  • Arrive on time for flights, visa appointments, or any scheduled travel services.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Ziptrip Tour and Travels shall not be held responsible for any:

  • Loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes
  • Denial of visa or entry by immigration authorities
  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
